COACHING PACKAGE 1: IMMEDIATE HELP
This package is the preferred choice in acute crisis situations. You will receive immediate support. This helps you to get away from the stressful situations, to take a healthy distance to the stressors and to recognize what quickly brings you back into balance.
Procedure
- Arrangement of a prompt first coaching appointment
- For bookings made by the company: Initial discussion with target agreement with third parties - the superior, the coachee and Jan Eßwein
- Coaching sessions by arrangement
- Final discussion with target evaluation, if necessary again with third parties
- Bonus: Transfer support through exercises to restore the work-life balance, strengthen resilience and regain mental strength
- Includes 60 minutes credit for emergency telephone coaching, can be called up promptly if required
COACHING PACKAGE 2: LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT MEASURE
This format is an intensive 1-to-1 accompaniment for high potentials, top executives and key persons in the company.
Those who bear a lot of responsibility perform a great deal. But high performers often forget that success has its price. If personal issues, inner balance or personal development are neglected due to the high performance orientation, the danger increases that the subliminal burden has a negative effect: on the relationship with the employees as well as on one's own effectiveness.
This coaching format helps to take countermeasures at an early stage. It is an individual development measure that is 100% oriented towards the needs of the coachee and the requirements of the company. The measure allows high performers to draw new strength and supports a high level of employee satisfaction and loyalty.

- Appointment
- For bookings made by the company: Initial discussion with target agreement with third parties - the supervisor or client, the coachee and Jan Eßwein
- Coaching sessions by arrangement. 8-12 sessions with subsequent evaluation have proven successful
- Transfer tasks between sessions: Interventions that get the client into action as well as exercises to strengthen the basic competence of mindfulness
- Final discussion with target verification, if necessary again with third parties Request development measure
